If you feel stuck or like you just can’t seem to get a handle on your health or carve out space to implement sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes then this is for you. After intention setting, we follow a general foundational framework, touching on pillars of health but the journey is led by what comes up for you along the way and what is right for your body.

Process
Ananda means joy or bliss in Sanskrit. The greatest journey you can go on is to understand yourself. From there you can move towards what makes you thrive. We will explore what personally works for you in areas such as emotional health, food, movement, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments to support your wellness goals.

Time Commitment
For this program we begin with 12x 60 minute sessions where we meet bimonthly or weeky depending on your preference and needs.

What you will leave with is a deeper connection with yournelf and a clearer guidance system to follow going forward. The intention is for long term change, not quick fixes.
